Terms & Conditions

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Starter costs $0 and includes exactly five lifetime PDF creations. The lifetime counter is monotonic: deleting a project does not restore a creation. After all five creations are used, additional creation requires active Pro access. Starter exports include the PDFCraft Pro watermark where the current export entitlement requires it.

When Pro expires, the account returns to effective Starter access. Existing saved data is not a promise of continued access to Pro-only actions; Pro-gated actions and public share links remain unavailable until Pro is active again.

• Monthly Pro provides unlimited PDF creation and the current Pro features for 30 days after verified payment activation.
• Yearly Pro provides unlimited PDF creation and the current Pro features for 365 days after verified payment activation.
• Both plans are prepaid periods. There is no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. You decide whether to purchase again.

Current paid prices and eligible promotions are shown by the authoritative pricing interface before checkout. Prices may change for future purchases without changing an already-created order’s recorded pricing snapshot. Promotions may be scheduled, limited by plan and time, changed, or disabled. A promotion applies only when the server confirms it for a new checkout.

Wayl hosts the payment checkout. A Pro plan activates only after PDFCraft Pro verifies a successful payment result, the matching order, amount, and currency. A created, pending, or processing order does not activate Pro. Do not close or alter the checkout flow until Wayl and PDFCraft Pro show the result.

A failed, rejected, or cancelled payment does not activate or extend Pro. When the failure return is available, PDFCraft Pro directs you to Pricing and provides Try Again. Try Again creates a new checkout and does not reuse the failed checkout link. Pending or processing payments are not treated as failed.

Contact support if a successful payment did not activate Pro, you suspect a duplicate charge, or a verified technical error affected the purchase. We may review the relevant order and, where appropriate, correct access or arrange a refund. Successful activation does not automatically qualify for a change-of-mind refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Wayl or a card issuer may have separate processing timelines or requirements.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant PDFCraft Pro and its service providers the limited permission needed to store, process, render, transmit, and deliver that content at your direction. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you use. PDFCraft Pro templates and application software remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights.

Share links can make a selected project available without login. You are responsible for the content shared, recipients, optional password, expiry, and download setting. Revoke a link when it is no longer needed. Do not share confidential, unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; abuse payment, quota, or access controls; interfere with the service; impersonate another person; or automate access in a way that harms the service or other users.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service and use the available account-deletion controls. Suspension does not create an automatic refund right, subject to applicable law and the payment-problem review described above.

We may update features, plan availability, future pricing, or these Terms as the service evolves. Existing active Pro expiration dates are not shortened merely because future pricing changes. We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, browser limitations, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. The current Terms are identified by the date above.

PDFCraft Pro is provided on an “as available” basis. Generated documents are tools for your use and are not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Review every document before relying on or distributing it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDFCraft Pro is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
