Getting started

Create an account, choose a template or blank page, and enter the visual editor. Add and arrange text, images, shapes, tables, QR codes, and other supported elements. Saving a new project consumes one creation only when the authoritative project-creation flow succeeds.

Plans, Payments & Pro

  • Starter is $0 and includes five lifetime PDF creations. Deleting a project does not return a creation.
  • Monthly Pro is prepaid access for 30 days. Yearly Pro is prepaid access for 365 days.
  • Neither paid plan renews automatically and PDFCraft Pro does not use recurring billing.
  • Active Pro includes unlimited creation during the paid period and the Pro-gated features shown on Pricing.

Starter quota and watermark

Your dashboard shows the real Starter lifetime usage and remaining creations. At 5/5, new blank projects and template-created projects are blocked until Pro is active. Starter exports include the PDFCraft Pro watermark where required. Deleting projects does not change the lifetime counter.

Expiry and manual renewal

When Monthly or Yearly Pro expires, the account behaves as Starter again using its existing lifetime Starter usage. Pro-only actions are blocked, and active public share links stop working until Pro access is active again. To continue, choose a plan on Pricing and complete a new prepaid purchase.

Promotions

An active promotion appears automatically in supported pricing surfaces. The checkout server—not the browser—decides the valid promotion and final amount. Scheduled, expired, disabled, or ineligible promotions do not apply to a new checkout. An order keeps the pricing snapshot recorded when that checkout was created.

Failed payment and Try Again

A failed or cancelled payment does not activate Pro. Return to PDFCraft Pro Pricing and use Try Again, which creates a brand-new Wayl checkout. Do not rely on an old hosted checkout link. Created, pending, and processing payments may still be awaiting a final result and are not treated as failed.

Paid but Pro is not active

First return to Pricing while signed into the same account used to start checkout, then allow the payment status to reconcile. If Wayl shows a successful payment but Pro remains inactive, contact support with the account email and the PDFCraft Pro or Wayl reference shown for the order. Do not send full card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes.

Duplicate-payment or refund concern

If you suspect a duplicate charge or verified technical payment error, contact support so the order records can be reviewed. Where appropriate, access may be corrected or a refund arranged. A successful activation is not automatically refundable for change of mind, except where required by law.

How payment data is handled

Wayl hosts checkout and handles the payment credentials entered there. PDFCraft Pro keeps the order details needed to verify payment, activate the correct plan, send transaction notices, prevent duplicates, and help with payment support. PDFCraft Pro does not store full card details.

Editor, export, and Password Protect

Use the editor toolbar and property controls to build and review the document. Normal export remains available according to your plan. Active Pro users can enable Password Protect PDF for an export; the password must be confirmed and is used only for that export operation, not saved to the account or project. Advanced Export Options are also Pro-only.

Brand Kit, signatures, and Saved Blocks

Active Pro users can save Brand Kit colors, a logo, and a signature for reuse. Signature Tool supports drawing and placing a signature in a PDF. Saved Blocks can retain reusable text, logo, signature, or footer elements. Keep uploaded brand assets and signatures limited to content you are authorized to use.

Share PDF by Link

Active Pro users can create a public link for an owned saved project. Advanced Share Controls support an optional expiry, optional password, and an Allow Download setting. Reopening Share reuses the active link; revoking it makes it unavailable. Links also stop working while the owner’s Pro access is expired.

Version History

Version History stores supported project snapshots for active Pro users so an earlier saved version can be reviewed or restored through the available editor controls. It is not a substitute for keeping your own final exported copies.

Templates, Favorites, and Recently Used

All signed-in plans can use the available template catalog while creation quota permits. Favorites and Recently Used are account features stored with your profile, so they persist across supported devices after sign-in. Viewing or favoriting a template does not consume quota; meaningful use in the editor records it as recently used.

Free PDF Tools

Merge PDF, Split PDF, Compress PDF, JPG to PDF, and PDF to JPG are available from the public Tools area. These tools process selected files in the browser and do not require an account. File-size, browser-memory, and format limits may apply.

Account, privacy, and support

Use Account Settings for available profile, password, preference, and account-deletion controls. Review the Privacy Policy for how account, project, share, Brand Kit, and payment-order information is handled. For an unresolved account, privacy, or payment issue, contact support without including passwords or complete payment credentials.
