Privacy Policy

When you create an account or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, profile details, account preferences, support messages, and the information you choose to include in those messages.

Account features may store the projects and document data you save, uploaded content used in a project, template selections, exports and download history, favorite and recently used templates, reusable Saved Blocks, project versions, and feature settings.

• Brand Kit data may include a business name, colors, logo, and signature image. Brand Kit assets are stored in private, user-scoped storage.
• Share by Link stores link-management information, including a token representation, optional expiry, download permission, and a one-way representation of an optional share password. A visitor with an active share link may access the shared document according to those settings.
• A password entered for Password Protect PDF is used only for that export operation and is not saved to your account or project metadata.
• The five public Free PDF Tools process selected files in the browser. Account editor and export workflows may send document data to PDFCraft Pro services when needed to save, share, email, or apply server-enforced export rules.

Paid checkout is hosted by Wayl. Payment credentials entered on Wayl, such as full card details, are handled by Wayl under its own terms and privacy practices; PDFCraft Pro does not receive or store full card details.

• PDFCraft Pro keeps operational order records such as your account ID, selected plan, reference and provider identifiers, amount and currency, pricing or promotion snapshot, payment status, timestamps, and email-delivery status.
• These records are used to reconcile payment results, activate prepaid access, prevent duplicate activation, provide receipts or payment notices, investigate support requests, and maintain an accurate transaction history.

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide and secure the editor and account features, save requested content, enforce plan entitlements, process and reconcile orders, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability and usability. We do not sell personal information.

PDFCraft Pro works with trusted service providers where necessary to operate and support the service. These may include providers for hosting and infrastructure, authentication, database and file storage, transactional email delivery, and payment processing.

Payment checkout is provided through Wayl. Payment information handled during checkout is processed by the payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.

These service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own privacy and data-handling obligations

• Hosting and infrastructure services support the operation and delivery of the application.
• Authentication, database, and file storage services support accounts and application data.
• Transactional email services deliver account and service-related communications when required.
• Wayl provides the hosted payment checkout and payment-related processing services

Information may be provided to the service providers above to operate the requested feature, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or establish and defend legal rights. We do not publish private account content unless you intentionally create an active public share link. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.

The application uses browser cookies or storage where needed for authentication sessions, security, language and theme preferences, and interface continuity. Admin sessions use signed, HttpOnly cookies. PDFCraft Pro does not currently install a customer analytics or advertising tracker. Browser controls may clear non-essential preferences, but clearing authentication storage can sign you out.

Account content is generally retained while your account remains active or until you remove it. You can delete individual projects and can request or use the available account-deletion flow. Deletion does not restore the Starter lifetime creation quota.

• Order, security, support, and audit records may be retained as reasonably needed for transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, and service integrity.
• Deleted information may remain for a limited period in backups or provider systems before routine removal, unless longer retention is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
• Public share links stop working when revoked, expired, or when the owner no longer has active Pro access. The underlying project remains subject to the owner’s account retention choices.

PDFCraft Pro uses authenticated access, server-side authorization, database and storage access controls, private storage where applicable, and payment-webhook verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your account session, revoke links you no longer need, and avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for your task.

You may update available profile details, remove projects and share links, or delete your account through the available account controls. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy concern. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated date on this page will identify the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
